How can I order a shade?

Call or email us. We will need the shade or window measurements for custom-made shades, or for ready-made shades we will need the shade size required.

How can I pay for the shades I want to buy?

We will require credit card information, and shipping address.  We will email you a receipt and detailed description of your order for your approval before we start production.

What is the cost for shipping my shades?

We ship your shades via UPS Ground.  The cost is determined after your shades are packed, measured, and weighed.   Your credit card will be charged for the shipping cost, a receipt and tracking number will be emailed to you.

How long will I wait to receive my shades?

Ready-made shades are shipped within 1 day (in most cases). Custom-made shades will be shipped in 1-2 weeks.

What should I do if have a problem taking measurements, or have questions about how to install the shades?

Call us with any questions you may have, we will be glad to assist you in any way we can.

What do I do if there is a problem with the fit or operation of a shade?

Call us to discuss the problem, we will do all we can to resolve it immediately.

Can I order spare parts for my shades such as springs, clutches or brackets?

Yes you can, call or email us with your request.
